Pynding helps business owners get ready before they search for commercial space. This page explains what we collect, who can see it, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

The answers you enter about your business, finances, market and property needs. The documents you choose to upload. The name and email on the Google account you use to sign in. A record that you agreed to this policy, and when.

How we use it

To build your readiness plan and results, and so a Pynding advisor can help you with them.

Who can see it

Pynding advisors. When you sign in and agree, you allow Pynding's advisors to see your plan and documents and to suggest changes to them.

Pynding's direct vendors. Only vendors that work directly for Pynding, only to help produce your results, and only while bound to keep your information confidential. A vendor asks for your consent before doing anything outside that.

Third parties

Your information stays confidential. We do not share it with any third party without your consent. For example, a leasing agent only receives what you approve when you submit a site search request.

Changes to your plan

An advisor cannot change your plan. An advisor can suggest a change. You see each suggestion with the reason for it, and you approve or deny it. Nothing changes until you approve. Pynding keeps a history of every suggestion and your decision, and you and your advisor can both see it.
